When you sign up to train at the Fortress, we're gonna need some basic stuff from you:

• Your attendance records and training progress
• Photos or videos if you've signed a waiver for promotional stuff

We only collect what we actually need to run the gym and keep you safe. We're not in the business of hoarding data.

• Running the gym: Processing memberships, scheduling classes, tracking your progress
• Communication: Sending class updates, schedule changes, or important facility news
• Safety: Having emergency contacts on hand, knowing about medical conditions
• Billing: Processing payments and keeping financial records (as required by law)
• Improvement: Analyzing what programs work best, attendance patterns, feedback
• Marketing: Only if you've opted in - we'll send promotions or new program info

We're not selling your data to third parties or spamming you with nonsense. That's not how we operate.

For anyone under 18 training at the Fortress:

• We need parent or guardian consent for everything
• Parents/guardians have full access to view and control their kid's info
• Extra careful with any photos or videos - we get explicit permission
• Medical info and emergency contacts are absolutely required

We take extra care with youth data. It's serious business, and we don't mess around with it.

Laws change, tech changes, and sometimes we gotta update this policy. When we do:

• We'll post the new version here with an updated date at the top
• If it's a big change, we'll email active members
• We might post a notice at the gym too
• You can always check back here to see the latest version

If you keep training with us after changes are posted, that means you're cool with the updated policy.
